Spabliss Policies

These are in place out of respect for our service providers, as your appointment time will be reserved specifically to accommodate you.

Cancellation Fee

 Emergencies happen, but please respect the time Spa bliss reserves for you by letting us know 48 hours in advance if you will not be able to make your reservation or if you need to reschedule. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, 50% of your selected service will be charged. 100% of your services will be charged if canceled within one hour of your reservation. This is in place out of respect for our service providers, as your reservation was reserved specifically to accommodate you.  

No-show Fee

In the unfortunate event you miss your reserved appointment(s), 100% of your selected service will be charged. 

Deposits

All scheduled groups, packages and reservations made over $200.00 or more than a two hour block of time, will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will go towards your total bill at check out. Reservation cancellations must be made one week prior to your reserved time to receive a full refund of your deposit. Any service cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged at full price.

Late To Appointment

In the event that you are late to your appointment, we unfortunately cannot extend the length of your service time, and the full price of your service will still be required.

Product Refunds

There are no refunds on retail products. We will exchange or issue a Spa bliss credit on unopened retail products.

Spa Courtesy

 Out of respect and courtesy for all our spa guests, we ask that you silence your cellphones and use your quiet voice while in the spa.

Gift Cards

 Gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable for cash.
