Cancellation Fee

Emergencies happen, but please respect the time Spabliss reserves for you by letting us know 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make your appointment or if you need to reschedule. A text reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment will be sent to you, along with a 24 hour confirmation email before your appointment. If cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of your selected service will be charged. This is in place out of respect for our service providers, as your appointment time was reserved specifically to accommodate only you. 

No-show Fee

In the unfortunate event you fail to show up for your reserved appointment(s) without any given notice, 100% of your selected service will be charged. This policy is in place out of respect for our service providers, as your appointment time was reserved specifically to accommodate only you. 

Deposits

All scheduled groups, packages and reservations made over $200.00 will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will go towards your total bill at check out. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your reservation(s) to receive a full refund.

Late To Appointment

There is a specified amount of time scheduled for your selected service. If you are late to your appointment, your time will not be extended and you will be charged full price.

Product Refunds

There are no refunds on products.

We will Exchange or issue a credit on unopened products.

Spa Courtesy

Out of respect and courtesy for all our spa guests, we ask that you silent your cellphones and use your quiet voice while in the spa
